Confined Inmate Gets More Charges

Authorities say he's responsible for breaking into 10 homes and that the man was already a confined inmate.

The Onslow County Sheriffs Office arrested 21-year-old Ontarrio Flowers of Kinston at the beginning of May.

Authorities say he's connected to several thefts between April 14th and April 25th of this year at the Midway Park Area.

After police searched his home, they found the stolen items and gave him with 18 additional charges and raised his bond to 85-thousand dollars.

    No, they're saying they charged him with stuff from before he was locked up. He got locked up and then they figured out that he did this stuff.

    Wait. As I read this article, inmate confined gets more charges? Does anyone have a problem with the outcome other than me? Where was this inmate confined and who will be held responsible? How did the inmate manage this heist without being noticed doing hmmm- a count.
