A man and a former social services worker in Eastern Carolina are accused of rape and indecent liberties with a 15-year-old girl.
The Pasquotank County Sheriff's Office says Leonard Outlaw the Third and Susann Heidler are charged in the case that involves pornography and sex with a 15-year-old girl.
Indictments say in 2010 Outlaw, an organizer of Elizabeth City's annual International Cup Regatta, committed lewd and lascivious acts with the girl, and raped her in 2011.
Deputies say Heidler, a former social services employee, is accused of "indecent liberties" with the girl.
Both Outlaw and Heidler are out on bond.
