A resident of an assisted living facility in Washington County is missing an authorities warn people not to approach her.
A Silver Alert has been issued for Tracie Hoffman. The 47-year-old woman was last seen by staff at Cypress Manor in Roper on Saturday night around 10:00 p.m.
Washington County deputies say the woman is without her medication and can become combative when not properly medicated. She was last seen wearing a white shirt, blue jeans and black shoes.
If you see Hoffman you're urged to call 911 or the Washington County Sheriff's Office at 252-793-2422.
