Search For Suspects In Armed Robberies

Authorities say suspects involved in an armed robbery of a store last month may have hit again in another county.

Wilson police say two suspects, a man and a woman, held up the Griffin's Food Store on Nash Street Tuesday night at gunpoint.

Police say after getting money, one suspect left the store and got into a gold/champagne color small SUV, later identified as a Kia Sportage.

Roanoke Rapids police report a similar robbery involving the same suspects and suspect vehicle on March 21st.
