Deputies in Pasquotank County are asking you to be on the lookout for a 15-year-old girl who has gone missing.
The Sheriff's Office said 15-year-old Kaitlyn Brower is believed to be suffering from dementia or some other cognitive impairment.
The Elizabeth City teen was last seen at 129 Madeline Lane in Elizabeth City.
She stands 5' 7", and weighs 120 pounds. She has shoulder length blonde hair and blue eyes. Deputies said her left pupil is deformed.
