Routine Checkpoint Results In Drug Bust

Deptuties at a driver's license checkpoint made more then just an expired tag citation. They made a drug bust.

Halifax County deputies arrested Frederick Johnson of Roanoke Rapids on Highway 48 Thursday. Deputies found marijuana and cocaine on Johnson. He now faces several possession-with-intent-to-distribute charges. His bail was set at $10,000.

I'm confused. We can comment on this story, but not the story about Anthony Dillahunt of Maysville. What's the deal? I thought the restrictions were mainly either sex offenders or minors under 16. Seems there's a double standard.
