Reward Offered In Murder Of Elderly Ahoskie Woman


Nearly a month has passed since an elderly woman was found shot in her home, and now there's a reward in the case.

The family and Ahoskie Crime Stoppers is offering a $5,500 reward for information that leads to the arrest and conviction of those responsible for Ruby Baker's murder.

The 85-year-old woman was killed during a home invasion on March 2nd.

She was found after her alarm went off inside her Parker Avenue home. An autopsy says the woman was shot in the chest.
