Plymouth Town Manager Resigns After Special Meeting

One town here in Eastern Carolina is looking for a new town manager this morning.

Plymouth town manager Kenneth Creque resigned last night after town council met with him behind closed doors during a special meeting.

When asked why Creque resigned, Mayor Brian Roth said he couldn't make any comment, but did confirm that the town manager resigned.

Town clerk Joanne Floyd has been named interim town manager.
