Lawmen in the east say they have a suspect behind bars in a recent crime spree who was also wanted in two other counties.
The Halifax County Sheriff's Office says 48-year-old James Rhodes of Warrenton is responsible for a crime spree of vehicle break-ins and other vehicle related crimes from March 12th through the 18th.
Rhodes is charged with at least 8 crimes in Halifax County and additional offenses in Vance and Warren counties where he had outstanding warrants. His bond was set at $220,000.
