A man wanted for stealing brass vases and other ornaments from a cemetery was arrested in Greenville Sunday night.
Police say Derrick Dunlow of Ahoskie was wanted in Hertford County for 92 counts of disturbing gravesites.
The 32-year-old Dunlow was arrested at the Golden Corral on Greenville Boulevard after police got information he was in Greenville.
Police say the man is accused of stealing the brass from graves, and then selling it for scrap metal.
Disturbing or desecrating graves is a felony in North Carolina. Dunlow was jailed on a $28,000 secured bond.
