Halifax County Teen Arrested

A local teen is facing some serious charges this morning.

Halifax county lawmen say 17-year-old Kenneth Phipps is accused of assaulting a woman Thursday afternoon in Littleton. Witnesses told deputies that Phipps had thrown a bar stool at a woman and forced her into a home, not letting her go until deputies arrived.

Phipps is also facing charges for interfering with emergency communications, for allegedly smashing the phone while she called 911 for help.

They seem to start them young in Halifax County. Halifax county has a huge DSS office and that keeps kids like this well funded. Keep on paying them to have kids and you will just see things like this just increasing.
