According to school officials Washington County Union Middle School will be closed on Monday due to a boil water advisory in effect for the two of Roper.
School officials say because of the boil water advisory they are concerned about safety for students and staff because all water in the school would need to be boiled before use.
Testing of the water is expected to take place Monday and school officials will keep us updated so we can pass that information along to you.
The makeup day will be on Saturday April 21st.
