Middle 30s will likely be reached near the Interstate 95 corridor and frost will likely develop. Cities such as Roanoke Rapids, Tarboro, Rocky Mount, Wilson and Goldsboro and under the advisory. Elsewhere, there could be patchy frost to form in many locations between Highway 17 and Interstate 95. Sensitive outdoor plants may be killed if left uncovered.
