This VA Beach man is my dad. I have tried to contact the Daily Advance because these articles are ridiculous. I myself saw this suppose 10 foot ditch. It was more like 6. Also there was no way that a motorist would have seen the bicycle tires up in the because the bike was flat on top of my dad. I am the one who had the police go out to that location bc my dads truck had a GPS on it and i told them where it was bc he had been missing. I am the one who sent out the police to look for my dad. I think that if the Daily Advance would have called me back there info would be more accurate.
