Movie crews will begin shooting a movie in eastern North Carolina in just a few weeks.
Crews have already started building sets for the movie in Southport. 'Safe Haven' is the film adaptation of a Nicholas Sparks novel. Local businessmen are excited about the news. Some residents said the filming is not a big deal, since they have had many movies filmed there in the past.
