Former Cop Under Investigation

According to the Jacksonville Daily News, the SBI is investigating a former North Topsail Beach police officer on a peeping allegation.

Casey Simpson is no longer with the department.

He has not been charged with any crime. We'll update you on the SBI investigation when information becomes available.
