The Greene County Regional Water System has rescinded its request for residents to boil their water before using.
A line break on Tuesday caused a drop in water pressure in the areas north and west of Highway 58 towards Wayne County.
Friday morning the system lifted its low pressure advisory.

People should use either bottled water, or boil their water for one minute before using it for human consumption, brushing their teeth or cooking.
The boil water advisory remains in effect until further notice.
