Three employees were killed during a robbery at the Hustle mart in Farmville back in April and some customers there Wednesday said they were saddened to hear about 2 workers shot at a New Bern Dollar General. Many asked the question: when will this violence end?

April first three store employees were shot and killed during a robbery at the Hustle Mart. The Pitt County Sheriff's Office has arrested suspects for the murders, but it's an incident that still has the community shaken. Now another community in Eastern Carolina is dealing with a similar situation after a store manager and clerk where shot during a robbery at the Dollar General in New Bern on Tuesday.

"The way the world is today, it's just going kind of crazy," said
Hustle Mart Customer Jamie Ross.

Some said they think the violence is happening because of the bad economy and others said because of gangs.
