Police said two men and one woman were assaulted inside a Kinston nightclub.
Kinston Police said they responded to a call around 2:30AM on Sunday for a stabbing at the Platinum Club on North Queen Street. Investigators said two men and one woman had been stabbed and their injuries ranged in severity.
19-year-old Dajuquon Poole was stabbed in his abdomen and was later airlifted to Vidant Medical Center in Greenville. 21-year-old Deangelo Simmons had stab wounds to his arm and chest, and was also later transported to Vidant Medical Center. 37-year-old Shontelle Poole's wounds were treated on the spot.
Police said the investigation continues. No word yet on any suspects.
