The case against a pregnant mom charged with causing a car crash that killed her unborn baby, her toddler and the woman's friend was continued Friday morning.
Maci Mooring, 19, was scheduled for an appearance in court in Greene County Friday, for a fatal crash on Highway 258 near Snow Hill on August 27.
The investigating trooper said the case was delayed until November 30th because tests on the woman's blood are not yet available.
The Highway Patrol says Mooring lost her unborn baby in this crash, along with her 18-month-old daughter Kaleigh. Mooring's friend, 20-year-old Erica Jones died, but her daughters, a two week old and 16 month old survived.
Mooring is facing a DWI charge, for medicine that was not prescribed to her.
