Man Arrested After Leading Police On Chase

A man who lawmen say confessed to leading them on a high speed chase is behind bars, and may not be going anywhere fast.

Twenty-two-year-old Cajron Hunter of Farmville admitted to Greene County lawmen that he did in fact lead them on a chase through a 20 mile long stretch of Pitt and Greene counties early Saturday morning. That's according to the Kinston Free Press, which says the chase started when a Greene County Deputy had to swerve out of the way of Hunter, who was headed right for his cruiser on Glenfield Road near Highway 258.

The paper says Hunter's bond is set at $121,000.

He deserve what ever punishment they give him. I understand that people make mistakes but it's pointless to keep making them. This is not the first time he has been in trouble with the law & from the looks of it he was asking for it driving right towards the police as if he wanted to hit him. How dumb can you get. While he out doing dumb stuff he need to be thinking about the lives he is hurting. I know he has a child some where what about him did he stop and think about that at all!!! I strongly doubt it!

I agree with you that everyone makes mistakes, but when a person has no respect for his family and the law, and continues breaking the law, this this person is scum. I never said I as perfect, and I don't pass any judgements, only GOD judges. This person sits in a jail or prison cell and complains about the law and boast about the crimes(s) that he has committed and shows no regret for what he has done.

This person has an attitude and thinks that the people of Greene Co. and surrounding counties owe him a living. He put not only his life in danger, but the other law enforcement officers lives in danger. He deseves whatever punishment that the court system can give him. He is at the Greene Co. jail, at taxpayers expense, with the same attitude.

School must have not made much of an impact on him. They must have passed him up the ladder just to get him out.
