Looper Launches Into Lead At Cutter Creek

A 6-under 66 vaulted Ken Looper into the lead at the Cutter Creek Classic Friday.

The Mandeville, Lousiana native sits alone in first at 10-under par. Patton Kizzire is second at 8-under while Jarrod Barsamian is solo third at 7-under.

First round leader and 2011 Cutter Creek Classic champion Brandon Brown is in a group of three golfers at 6-under. Brown fired a one-under par 71 on Friday. Tyler Light is also in that group after carding the round of the tournament, a 7-under 65 Friday.

Third round action continues at Cutter Creek Golf Club Friday. The tournament is free to the public.
