If you're looking for work, there are about 330 open positions in one city in the east up for grabs; that's according to the Kinston Free Press.
The Smithfield Packing Company is looking for workers for its newly expanded Kinston plant.
The current plant, known as K2, opened in 2006.
Mark Pope, Economic Development Director for Lenoir County, told the paper the company had purchased 80 acres in the Industrial Park adjoining the acreage for its K2 plant with the intent of expanding the facility.
