A 27-year-old man whose criminal history stretches back eleven years is getting ready to go to prison.
Justin Waters of La Grange in Lenoir County was convicted of trafficking cocaine. Officials at the Pitt County Detention Center said Waters was being held there ahead of starting a sentence of between 35 and 42 months in prison.
