A Kinston woman is locked up in Greenville on several fraud charges.
Thirty-seven-year-old Elmira Harper of 969 Albritton Rd. in Kinston is booked in the Pitt County Detention Center. She is facing 10 counts of financial transaction card theft and five counts of obtaining property by false pretense.
She was arrested in Lenoir County but faces charges in Pitt County, jail officials said. Harper's bond is set at $120,000
