A man once dubbed "Kinston's Most Wanted" is now back in Lenoir County to face charges from 2010.
Montez Garner was arrested in Austin, Texas earlier this month. He's been wanted by Kinston police since December 2010 for the shooting of Jamal Edwards on Old Snow Hill Road.
Garner is scheduled to appear in Lenoir County Court this morning.

Members of the U.S. Marshal's Eastern District Violent Fugitive Task Force, the SBI and members of the Lonestar Fugitive Task Force apprehended Garner in Austin, Texas.
Police say the man will be brought back to North Carolina within the next couple of weeks to face charges of attempted first degree murder, felony possession of cocaine and felony forgery and uttering.
