Twenty-five-year-old Joel Williams is booked in the Pitt County Detention Center under a $1 million bond.
Williams is from Snow Hill in Greene County. He is charged with one count of possession with intent to sell and deliver cocaine, one count of possession of a firearm by a felon, and one count of felony conspiracy.
Officials have not said what led to his arrest.
