Two Greene County residents have been busted in Beaufort County for fraudulently getting Oxycodone.
Beaufort County deputies say Brittany Midgette, 23, and Usiris Hernandez, 25, were arrested Friday.
Deputies say they were watching as the woman is accused of using a fake prescription to get 150 units of Oxycodone from a Belhaven pharmacy.
The two were stopped after leaving the pharmacy where deputies seized the 150 doses, along with even more Oxycodone, and marijuana in their vehicle.
The Oxycodone has a street value of $4,500.
Midgette and Hernandez were charged with level II trafficking in opiates by transport, level II trafficking in opiates by possession, conspiracy to traffic in opiates, and obtaining a prescription by fraud.
Hernandez was also charged with possession of schedule II controlled substance, possession of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Hernandez was jailed on a a $40,000 secured bond, while Midgette was given a $25,000 secured bond.
