Deputies Ask Help In Identifying Armed Robbers

Greene County deputies are asking for help in identifying two men they say held up a convenience store with shotguns Sunday night.

The robbery took place at the Lewis Store located on 264 between Farmville and Walstonburg. Deputies released two store surveillance pictures from the robbery.

Authorities say just after 10:30 pm two men held a cashier at gunpoint and demanded money. The two gunmen got away with an undisclosed amount of cash.
