Caught in the act. He will give some sob story and the politician D.A. will plea the case down to a misdemeanor requiring no time served, a small fine, and probation so he can continue his criminal enterprise. AND the D.A. looks good because his conviction rate rises with every plea bargain.

Wonderful story! I was broken into years ago. I walked in on them but they got away. It was extremely frightening and frustrating. I am so thankful that this sorry thief was caught!
