There's been a second arrest in the murder of a Kinston High School student. Police say a 15-year-old boy has been charged in the death of Rasheed Jones.
The juvenile was charged with first degree murder and turned over to the North Carolina Department of Juvenile Justice.
The 17-year-old Jones was gunned down on Independence Street around 4:30 p.m. last Thursday. The next day Kyliel Wade turned himself in and was charged with murder after Jones died Saturday at Pitt County Memorial Hospital.
Police tell us they are still looking for a third suspect in the killing of Jones.
Jones' funeral is Saturday at 1:00 pm at St. Peter Church of Christ Disciples of Christ in Kinston. Visitation will be held Friday from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 pm at the church.
