A grain bin fire is keeping four volunteer fire departments from two counties busy this afternoon.
Some 150,000 bushels of deer corn in the four story bin is smoldering. It started around 2:00 p.m. at the John Kearne Howard farm, that's on the Caswell Station Road outside of Dover.
Officials say they are going to have to pull all the grain out of the bin to extinguish the blaze. They expect to be on the scene for the next 12 to 24 hours.
Firefighters say they don't know how the fire began and so far there have been no injuries.
