A Farmville man is accused of breaking into seven different Greene County churches.
Jonathan Dixon is charged with eight counts of breaking and entering at a place of worship, four counts of felony larceny and one count of attempted safe cracking.
Sheriff Lemmie Smith says the break-ins happened at various churches throughout the county during the months of January & February. He said electronic equipment was taken in many of the break-ins and that Dixon has confessed to the crimes.
The 25-year-old Dixon is in jail on a $150,000 bond.
