Shut it down and see how many people will be at home because they can't smoke in the club.

Your club will be shut down soon. TW, if you had security you would not have to put your life on the line. How can you sleep at night knowing that your business is illegal and you talk to the police and tell on others. You can't do them both. Which side of the law are you on? Don't answer to me. God is my witness.

So, Mr. Platinum, you received a call saying that I was hating on your Club. Call it what you want to. It's alright for you to hate on the Cellar, Starz, and Glasshouse. You know what type of people that you cater to at your club. I've been there and no I don't smoke Drugs but I caught a contact in there and left. Your club would be great if you wasn't so money hungry and allow any and everybody up in there. You would not be risking your life if you pay for some Security. And like I said Your club is the only one in Kinston that allows smoking and drug use. @to 100 Counties, Clubs don't get a bad name in Kinston the Owners do because they allow this non-sense to go on inside of the clubs. Mr Platinum what goes around comes around. I guess you do call the police the least, knowing that your club is illegitimate filled with people that have no respect for you or your club. There is nothing Negative about Truth. You will probably get another call tonight. See you in court Meter Man....

Yes this happens all the time. No matter what race you are how old you are or how you were raised. There is no black and white in this case there is no black or white in any case.. there is a right and there is a wrong. This is wrong. The problem with our youth is the way they are raised and the morals they are lacking.

@ 100 counties. I don't even do this comments thing, however I am the owner of the platinum club and I have rec'd several calls about your negative comments. May will have made 24 months the club has been open, sat. night was the 8th fight. Assuming you can do math, we average 1 fight every 3 months (1st time we have required KPD assistance). As for lack of security, I put my life on the line for my customers. Sounds like you work at another legitimate club spreading all of your negativity. I guess colleges that had all the shootings are not legitimate either. Considering that we have the largest crowd in town, it's amazing that we call KPD the least. That is due to SECURITY! You would only feel safer at home. You have a lot to say for someone who has not even been to the platinum. Thanks to all my platinum supporters:)We went from last to first. I guess if you're not being talked about you're not accomplishing much. Only @ the Platinum.

I attended the platinum club that night. I don't do any drugs, I'm not underage, nor am I a drinker. I like to go out, dance, and hang with my friends. The police have always been pretty good about maintaining the crowd, it just got out of hand. The guy who did the shooting should pay for what he did. But please don't classify everyone who goes there as a loser. I think most clubs get a bad rap. People have problems even at home, maybe you live in a bubble.

Gvegas Mom i agree with you..we need to do more with educating our youth. They should have enough morals and values that when they do go out that they conduct themselves properly. This young man has just ruined his life. I've read the comments and some people are really confused. These things happen everyday, everywhere. It angers me to know that African Americans always get the short end of the stick. Are we the only ones committing crimes? I don't think so.

@Sandy, I too know many officers of the KPD and LCSD, and have yet to be impressed by most of them. Not to say that ALL are bad, but I know more that are worthless than not. As far as my nephews truck, I was there, it was sitting 40 feet from a camera and had the lock pulled out of the door with a slide hammer. Or the one that wrote another group trespassing tickets when they were not legally in the right to write anyone a trespassing ticket on that property. Or the detective that called ahead to tell the people at the location of my stolen ATV he'd "be there in an hour to search the property" Three or four good cops don't make a good law enforcement program. I could go on, and on, and on, and get much more serious with the serious problems, but I'll try not ot upset those of you the know only the good ones. I too know a few good cops and deputies. But they are unfortunately the minority around here.
