A man who spent ten years in prison as a habitual felon for break-ins, has been arrested for more break-ins.
Kinston Public Safety officials say they arrested 51-year-old Lonnie Ray Moore Tuesday night for a break-in at a doctor's office on Airport Rd. They say Moore cut his hand breaking a window, which helped lead them to the suspect.
Police also say they arrested Moore on Monday night for a break-in at the Kinston Public Library on Queen St., but he must have been released on bond. Detectives say Moore cut his hand on the window breaking into the library, too.
A check of the NC Department of Correction's website shows Moore spent 10 years and 2 months in prison before he was released in 2008. Moore's breaking and entering convictions date back to 1985.
