If there was a category for "All American Ghetto Slum City," Kinston would reign as champion for decades!

Wait, wasn't Kinston just named an "all american city" finalist?? To be sure an all american city would not be having these kinds of problems! There must be some kind of mix up and someone is just borrowing the items missing.

Not to point fingers but my dad always told me that items of value should not be left visible from outside your car. Even if you are simply running into a convenience store for 2 seconcds then roll your windows up and lock your doors. Its only asking for someone walking buy to see an item of value and quickly reach in and grab it. Especially at night if a thief sees high dollar items laying on the seat he is going to break into your car. Most items stolen out of cars are done because someone just happens to walk by and see something of interest. Most dont just randomly decide to break in your car.
