Man Missing From Assisted Living Home Found Okay

Rocky Mount police say a man missing from an assisted living home since last week has been found in Philadelphia.

Police say David Wright was found safe and had been staying with relatives.

A silver alert has been issued for a missing endangered man last seen at an assisted living home in Rocky Mount.

The alert has been issued for 61-year-old David Wright, who is believed to be suffering from dementia or some other cognitive impairment.

Wright is 5'2" and weighs 165 pounds. He was last seen wearing a black shirt, white sneakers, blue jeans, yellow wind breaker and a black cap.

He was last seen at 730 Marigold Street in Rocky Mount, which is the address for Your Loving Care Family Care Home.

    This is why I never pay any attention to these silver alerts. How in the heeeeeck did he get from Rocky Mount to PA? How? He was driven there by someone, come on...the home he was in would have had a signout sheet, or should have...
