A registered sex offender has pleaded guilty to child pornography charges after he was caught using MySpace.com, which is against the law for sex offenders.

26 year-old Christopher Surles of Rocky Mount pleaded guilty to possession of child pornography in federal court.

Prosecutors say agents found more than 200 images on his computer. Surles faces at least ten years in prison because of this crime in addition to his prior sex offense.

Yes, this young man broke the law. But who are we to judge him. This man needs help and not be thrown away in prison. Without help, he will probably come out and do the same crime over. He needs counselling and support.

The man needs help. Punishment is not helping him. His mind is not normal and he needs some agressive rehabilitation. Hopefully he will get some help.

As long as he dont bother someones child that has status, they will let him continue to break the law. Let him hurt a judge, doctor or senator's child and he will get the death penalty.
