A man apparently wanted it his way at a Burger King drive-thru in Rocky Mount, so much that police say he shot at a vehicle, barely missing the two people inside.
It happened Monday afternoon around 1:30 p.m. at the Burger King on Sutters Creek Boulevard.
Police say the gunman walked around the victim's vehicle which was in the drive-thru, and banged on the window with the butt of a gun. Police say the man then shot into the vehicle. The victim drove off and called police.
The suspect vehicle is a burgundy 4-door Toyota Tundra with possibly a blue igloo cooler or blue tub in the bed of the truck. Police released surveillance photos of the truck in hopes someone would recognize the vehicle.
