We have a traffic alert to share with you regarding Highway 403 east of the 403 bypass near Faison, which is in Duplin County near the Sampson County line.
The highway will be closed through September 14.
Motorists need to use a detour. Take the Highway 403 bypass to Highway 50 south and then back to Highway 403.
Crews have to fix pipes, causing the closure.
