Deputies said Wednesday a routine traffic stop lead to the arrest of two men they believe are connected to multiple, felony break-in's in several counties.

On October 19th, deputies stopped a vehicle on British Road, which matched the description of a car in video of a felony breaking and entering case. Deputies found the interior lights of the car were blacked out with duct tape, and the driver, Levy Moore Jr., had been on the U.S. Marshal's wanted list for nearly two years. Deputies obtained a search warrant for Moore's home, and found stolen property. Some of the property was returned to the victims.

During the course of the stop, deputies noticed that all of the interior lights of the vehicle had been blacked out with duct tape. The driver was ultimately identified as a possible suspect in multiple B&E's and Felony Larcenies in Jones County. Additional information was obtained, which led to the eventual execution of a search warrant on October 23rd, on a residence located at 493 British Road. Stolen property and several items of interest were seized in the process. On the following day, stolen property was returned to several victims.

Within a week from Moore;'s arrest, deputies said they got hiss full confession and information that led to the arrest of a co-conspirator, Marcus Kinsey of Maysville. Deputies said the pair worked together for multiple felony larcenies at private residences and break-in's and several business such as Jones County Tire Service, Puryear Transportation, and Blue Rock Construction. Deputies said the crimes crossed county lines and included victims in Jones, Onslow, Craven, and Lenoir Counties.

Levy Moore Jr., is in jail under a $60,000 secured bond. Deputies said Kinsey is also jailed in Craven County under a $40,000 secured bond.
