A business in Duplin County went up in flames Saturday night and was completely destroyed. According to officials two firefighters were injured while fighting the blaze.
The business, Beulaville Liquidators, is located at 3525 E NC 24 Hwy.
According to officials the flames began around 6:15 p.m. and it took 8 different fire departments and 75 fire officials to fight the fire.
The business was a 7900 square foot building and the estimated damage is worth around 1 million dollars.
According to officials the roof collapsed while firefighters were inside and two firefighters were hurt. One needed medical attention.
The employee who was there got out just in time.
Investigators are on the scene Sunday afternoon now trying to figure out what started the blaze.
