We are gathering details about an incident at Hargetts Crossroads that involved a bicycle.
Dispatchers in Jones County say they were called at 7:13 a.m. about a bicyclist getting hit by a vehicle on Highway 258, just north of the intersection of Highway 41 in Jones County. However, dispatchers say a witness saw the man on his bike suffer what appeared to be a seizure. The man was transported to the hospital, though dispatchers point out he was not taken to the emergency room.
No traffic issues were reported.
