A freind of mine told me last month about turning in front of a passing car. True! I have been passed on the left on my street with my signal light flashing about to turn.Into my own driveway no less. I always check side view mirrors now.

Guess what if someone is getting ready to pass on your left, and you turn left in front of them, you get the ticket after the wreck. Yea I couldn't believe it either, had it to happen with a friend several years ago.

If either one has insurance, there's always someone at fault. But I'm not accusing anyone of over-agressive driving. Someone's got to get paid.

I stated earlier that it looks like, from the photo, the SUV tried to pass the FedEx truck. I've had people try to do this to me even as I am slowing down, giving a signal, and attempting to turn into my private drive. I live outside the city limits, by the way.

Does there have to be anyone at fault....that's why they call them accidents. Don't be sooooo easy to judge. Were you there???

I'm curious to find out who was at fault here. Most delivery trucks think they own the roads and streets. Park where they choose pull in and out at random.
