Dog Attack Victim's Condition Improves

A woman who was attacked ten days ago by a wild pack of dogs is improving at the hospital.

Pitt County Memorial Hospital says 65-year-old Gladys Roberts is now listed in serious condition. She had been in critical condition and family members were told she had a 50/50 chance of surviving.

The woman was attacked outside of her Jones County home on October 24th.
Deputies located and killed the dogs believed to be responsible for the attack.

If people would stop dropping off their animals to fend for their selves then there wouldn't be wild dogs. This poor lady had to met the dogs that turned wild because of humans.
