Shooting At New Bern's Craven Terrace Apartments

A man with a lengthy criminal history is now charged for a shooting in New Bern.

39-year-old Eddie Hall was scheduled to appear in Craven County Court Thursday morning for shooting a man in the foot. New Bern Police say an argument escalated to violence at the Craven Terrace Apartments Wednesday. Detectives say the victim's injuries are non-life threatening.

Hall's past criminal convictions range from drugs to robbery to assault.

If this were to happen in Greenville, this story would now have 100 posts, minimum. No city is exempt.

If the lead says a "lengthy crimminal record", why was he even walking the streets to get the oppor-tunity to get into more trouble? Just who are these judges/magistrares?
