Friends, family, and students will say a final goodbye to a Havelock High School teacher on Friday afternoon.
The Rouse Funeral Home in La Grange is holding afternoon services for Amanda Lawrence.
Lawrence collapsed at Havelock High School on Friday, March 22nd. The math teacher later died at CarolinaEast Medical Center.
School officials said she taught at Havelock High since 2002.
The funeral home's website said the 33-year-old leaves behind a husband, step-son, siblings, and other family members.
Staff at Rouse Funeral Home said the service is not private, and begins at 2 p.m.
A Havelock High School teacher has lost her life following after collapsing at school on Friday.
Amanda Lawrence, a math teacher at Havelock High School, died at CarolinaEast Medical Center.
Lawrence taught at Havelock since 2002, most recently teaching Algebra 2, Pre-calcular and Advanced Pacement Calculus.

Visitation will be held Thursday, March 28th at Rouse Funeral Home in La Grange from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Her funeral will be held the following day at 2 p.m. at the funeral home.
The school system says additional counselors are at Havelock High School for students and staff.
