PepsiCo Holding Annual Shareholders Meeting In New Bern

Pepsi says it will hold its annual shareholders meeting where it got its start, in downtown New Bern.

The soft drink giant was invented by Caleb Bradham in his New Bern pharmacy in 1898. PepsiCo has never held its annual meeting in New Bern, so this will be a first.

The shareholders meeting will be held on Wednesday, May 2nd at the North Carolina History Center at Tryon Palace.
