A man has been arrested for an armed robbery and kidnapping that happened at a McDonald's Restaurant back in January.
New Bern police say Roman Knuckles was arrested Wednesday on armed robbery, first degree kidnapping and conspiracy charges.
Police say the 25-year-old man is accused of robbing the McDonald's on Dr. Martin Luther King Boulevard around 3:30 a.m. on January 15th. They say the robber left in a car stolen from one of the employees, which was recovered at Fleet and Walt Bellamy Streets.
Knuckles was jailed with a $200,000 bond.
