All the rain Wednesday left some homes in Craven County surrounded by water.

The Moore's have been in the house for eleven years, but say the more it floods, the more they regret it. Scott Moore says, "People are good out here, but if I would've known this property had done this before we purchased it, we probably wouldn't have gotten it."
